Dine Out Columbus is a restaurant directory for the Columbus (Ohio) area.

Their application includes:

Three users levels: end users, restaurant owners and site administrator.

End users have the ability to:

1. *Search for restaurants.
   

2. *Read articles.
   

3. *Post reviews of the listed restaurants (if registered).
   

4. *Receive their monthly newsletter (if registered).
   

5. *Purchase gift certificates for the registered restaurants (if registered).
   

Restaurant Owners can:

1. *Register their business for free.
   

2. *Premium listings can post additional information about their business.
   

3. *Premium listings also have access to the users database and can send them emails straight from the application or export the user database to CSV or PDF.
   

The Site administrator has the ability to:

1. *Manage restaurants (add/delete/edit).
   

2. *Manage end users (add/delete/edit).
   

3. *Upgrade the status of restaurants to premier.
   

4. *Moderate reviews on restaurants.
   

5. *Post articles.
