The eBSP Support Center (or Partner Extranet) is a centralized communication system between AIS Media and their clients (the eBSPs).  This application provides the functionalities listed below:

1. 1.Access to multiple educational and informational documents organized in a hierarchical way. Documents may be Microsoft Word or Excel files as well as PDF or image files.
   
   

2. 2.Access to the AIS Media Ticket System:
   The ticket system acts as a messaging platform for eBSPs to post support tickets. This portion of the system integrates with the Cerberus HelpDesk system (by WebGroup Media)
   
   

3. 3.Access to the AIS Media Knowledge Base:
   The Cerberus HelpDesk system also offers a knowledge-base subsystem which is integrated onto the eBSP Support Center
   
   

4. 4.Access to the AIS Media class schedule:
   eBSPs can see what are the upcoming classes and register to take them.
